RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

No Returns / No Exchanges Policy

At OhLady, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and product integrity. Due to the intimate nature of lingerie and nightwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

Lingerie & intimate wear
Bras, panties, night dresses, lingerie sets
Any item worn, tried, washed, or altered

This policy is in place for health and hygiene reasons, in line with industry standards.

Exception – Damaged or Incorrect Item

We will only consider a replacement if:

You received a damaged product, or
You received a wrong item

Conditions:

Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Product must be unused, unwashed, and with original packaging & tags
Clear unboxing video and photos are mandatory

Email us at support@ohlady.in with your order ID and evidence.

OhLady reserves the right to approve or reject any replacement request after verification.
